Owners Portal.

  • Management Fee – 6%+GST of rent collected (no rent paid = no mgmt. fee charged)
  • An Establishment fee of $500 for new tenancies we establish.
  • Marketing Costs as Required (charged by supplier with no mark-up from Dovers & Co)
  • No Fee’s for Condition Reports, inspections, re-listing, tenancy renewal, admin costs, or any other ‘sundry’ charges.
  • All rent is paid out on the 1st of each month, a monthly statement is provided, and yearly ‘profit-and-loss’ can be compiled and sent to your accountant for tax
  • Ingoing condition report is produced prior to occupancy, and routine condition inspections are conducted after the first 3months, then every 6months after that.
  • Open homes are advertised in advance, and held on a Saturday and one lunchtime or evening per week.
  • All applicants are vetted, with the most suitable sent through for your consideration and approval.
  • Advice on different tenancy terms as they could have the ability to affect the long term yields.
